I have just had such a pleasant experience with DU that i wanted to share

sue ellen & rebecca were helping me for my may 2005 7 day cruise- i got a price for ocean view that was a $1000 cheaper then the DCL site they sometimes buy blocks of rooms and in this case they did... so i got a fantastic bargain!!

i had tons and tons of questions for dreams and they answered every one of them with a friendly attitude & prompt replies

customer service to me is very important and seems so lost now a days....they definitely make the grade

This will be my fourth WDW/Disney Cruise vacation in 3 1/2 years, and the third one I've planned with DU. I have nothing but great things to say about them. My agent, Merrie, has answered all of my questions, booked anything I needed booked, explained things that needed clarification, and even helped my get my docs last year when they got lost in the mail...twice (DCL's fault, not DU's).

And, besides all of this, they saved me $$$ too!

i've been wondering about this company. they did have a better price, but it just scares me a little, to think about booking with an online agent. do they have a phone number or just a web address?

I have booked with them and their service is very good, they do have a central number and address but prefer to undertake bookings on line.

you need to get your quotes on line- but when you book and put down your deposit you are welcome to call them directly or go through their secure online server

they send your payment directly to DCL so when you view your credit card it will say DCL not dreams unlimited for payment

you will then have access to your account on line and can see your balance and make payments

I have used them for our last 3 cruises and have been pleased. Your Docs are mail directly from DCL to you instead of going to them, so there is never a delay getting those.

I haven't had any problems at all with them.

My DW and I will be sailing on May 7, 2005 also. We will be celebrating our 25th Anniversary without the kids. Look on the cruise meet board and you will find the post for the cruise meet under Tera as May 07 cruise. Post and hopefully we can get others for that day onboard also.
