I have a question for any of you that have used Dreams Unlimited: can you call them on the phone?

I have received a quote from them via e-mail, but would like to speak to someone personally also......basically just my hubby and his "fear" of the whole internet anonymous thing.


also, just a side note:
I got quotes from All Seas, Mouseears, and Disny direct. all were within $100 of each other. Dreams Unlimited had the lowest by a few dollars over AllSeas....and with Dreams I can get the $50 shipboard credit, whereas with AllSeas, I could not.

Once you book with them I believe there is an 800# you can use for payments and questions.

I've used them for a number of cruises and land vacations and they have always gotten back to me very quickly via e-mail - even on the weekends.

Why don't you send them an e-mail asking about phone contact. I'm sure they will get back to you with an answer.

I have used DU many, many times and have always communicated with them via e-mail. They have been very responsive. You don't share your private info via e-mail, you do that online on their secure server.

However, once you make reservations with them, there is a phone number you can use if you need to. I think it shows up at the top of their page.

I, too, was very hesitant to book our second Disney Magic cruise with Dreams Unlimited (we used a local TV for our first), simply because it was on-line and I wasn't "talking" to a "real person" when I booked. But, I had heard many good things here on these boards about Dreams so I went ahead and took the plunge. We also used them for our Wonder cruise this past January. Only had one small problem with them (I had a question about the insurance and they didn't know, so rather than calling themselves to ask and let me know, they just gave me the phone number to call myself - I just figured that type of thing was a job for the agent, but I guess not so no big deal really) but other than that it was just fine.

Another please Dreams user here! Have used them twice now and will use them in the future! They are very professional and have always gotten back to me much quicker than my local TA! I'm sure there is a # you can call and I second the poster who said to email them about it!

the fifty credit will be taken off the final bill if u Qualify for it...

We also have used Dreams for 5 cruises used liberty travel for the other one Did not know of them...

we usually rebook on board to get the lowest price possible and then transfer to dreams to get the $50.00 bucks off also.....

I have booked all my cruises with dream, and one thing that I really like is that when they bill you, it bills directly to Disney cruise line, that is what shows up on your credit card, so I always knew that the cruise was indeed paid.

CRB #33...I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW!! It's almost finally here! I'm so excited that I can't seem to focus to get anything done!!

I swear to give a LONG DETAILED report when we get home complete with a picture album full of pictures and maybe I can even con hubby into doing a video thing like some have shared on here!!!
