Has anyone ordered tickets etc. online from this organization before? I am considering ordering their 1 day universal bus/tickets, but it makes me nervouse as I am not famliar with them. We are staying at a Disney property, but want to go to universal for 1 day to see the new Harry Potter park. Any help/advice is appreciated!

WE used to use them but then Mousesavers switched to Undercover Tourist also good. If you sign up for Mousesavers and go through UT you will get a better discount.
