Well, i have been in contact wih great gal at , "Dreams unlimited", to

get quotes for my big group. How many of you out there have used

Dreams unlimited?

I've used Merrie from DU for our last two trips. It was super easy, she was very responsive to all of my questions, and I would recommend her again!

Have fun!

I used them for my cruise in May and had Tracy as my agent. It was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone who wanted to use an agent for booking a Disney trip.

Funny, I always thought that travel agents were the dinosaurs of the travel industry...destined for extinction. But I just booked our October trip about an hour ago, through my agent at AAA. The discounts they offer are great, plus we love having the diamond pass for parking in the "vip"lot. It wa great!

I love Dreams. You don't have go keep your eyes open for discounts after you book. If a discount comes up they will automatically get you the discount. They will make all your ADRs for you if you like. I will admit, I am friends with a a couple DU agents and I love the Podcast team, who mostly work for DU, but the service I have received from them has been exemplory. I like using a Disney specialist travel agent. I used to book my own trips directly with Disney. Things with Disney have gotten too complicated anymore with the ever continuing discounts and such.

I used them in 2007 to book a Disney cruise for 2008. I thought they did a great job and answered my questions promptly. The price we received was less than Disney's price and we got about $300 in ship-board credit. I would recommend them and I would use them again if booking a cruise. :thumbsup2

We used then for our last trip. They were great (I had Stacy as my agent). I think we only had a few questions throughout the process, but they answered right away and were organized. I think they would be especially great for a large group or a first time visitor.

I have used Dreams Unlimited several times, and I have had a positive experience every time. They are very prompt and on top of things. Two thumbs up from me! :thumbsup2

We booked though DU for our upcoming trip. This is the first time I have gone though a TA. We are pretty busy right now, so I don't have time to deal with all the little details. I sent her a list of the places we would like meal reservations for a few days ago, but have not heard back about whether we were able to get them and times, etc. (yes, it is within the time frame for making reservations). How long should I expect to wait? When will our agent start working on our itinerary? I'm anxious to see this stuff done!

We've used Merrie twice, and were very pleased. She got us CRT breakfast for DD's 5th birthday back in 2003, and just me not having to get up and try to make that call was worth it.

It does take them a few days (or sometimes longer) to get back to you, but don't worry, they will - when they've booked everything you asked for. :thumbsup2

I've used them at least 4 times over the past 10 years to book Disney trips, and have been very happy with each experience!

Now I didn't use them for a big group, but one of my good friends has, and she was very happy. She's used them two or three times to book her extended family Disney vacations.
