I have booked many cruises with them and found their services very good indeed.
They have a high knowledge of
DCL, and good levels of customer service,
I cannot post things hey have done for me, but they have on occasions gone 'over and above for me'.
Its difficult to post the detail as then everyone reading this will then say do this for me, and accept it as the new standard.
All I can say is trust me their service is good, and I would aways suggest booking your DCL cruise through a 'specialist' DCL
travel agent.
Yes you can book direct, but they support you more, and have the 'leverage' with DCL to try to sort out issues such as the fuel supplement.
They have found me cheaper WDW prices and automatically change my booking down to a lower rate or given me free dinner plan.
Its nice to have someone in your side, when a problem occurs, its rare but very helpful.
Some people say you loose control on your booking that is not true, you can book Palo and shore trips direct, no loss of control there, also I have contacted DCL direct a few times, whilst if your booking is made through a TA
enquiries should be routed through them first, I have found DCL will speak to me on general issues, not payment issues.
I have been able to get on two Eastbound repo cruises through the Panama canal and get the rooms I wanted, first price tier, the side of the ship I wanted, and these cruises sold out first day. I booked through Dreams.
My next two cruises are booked with Cat 3s, I have the very popular mid ship location suites, that is because I booked through a travel agent.
