Has anyone every used their service? What were the outcomes?

I am using DU for our June trip. This is our third time using them (both at DW and for Disney cruise) - I LOVE their service! I always request Sue Ellen - she's actually listed in one of the guide books as one of the top 5 best agents when booking a Disney vacation. Sue Ellen is quick to answer and has always been able to fulfill my requests and answer all my questions (we have a son in a wheelchair, so I probably have more requests/questions than some). My favorite part of her service is that she makes all my ADRs for me! That means I don't have to get up in the middle of the night and spend time on the phone - and she's always gotten what we requested.

I am using them, and I must say that I will use them for all my Disney vacations from now on. Yes I can do it all myself, but it so easy to have them book everything for me. I work full time as well as attend college, so I don't always have a ton of time to look for codes, wait on the phone, book ADR's......you get the point.
My agent is Tracy Whipple! She has great responce time and knows a ton about WDW and Disney Cruiseline.

Love them Love them Love them!

We just decided on Easter to take a trip to Disney May 9-14. I quickly sent out an e-mail to my Dreams TA, and she booked our rooms for us. With the AAA discount, because she knows from past trips we are members. And when planning dining reservations, Le Ceiller came up. So I sent my Dreams TA another e-mail. I didn't hold out much hope for getting in at all, but lo and behold! A lunch ressie for 6 people at 12:10!

I just sent her another e-mail about the room-only discount for that time frame. It is much easier to handle the room discounts and dining ressies thru her, then having to waste time and money calling long distance.

I can't see a reason why you wouldn't use Dreams Unlimited.

First time using them this year. One reservation is for a short trip in September. So far, they've been great. It will save me a lot of effort trying to rebook when new rates are released, etc.

Tracy Whipple is also our agent.

We have used Bob who handles the Swan Dolphin reservations. He is really knowledgable and helpful.

Don't forget that they keep an eye on the discounts and codes and will apply whatever you're entitled to. My agent (Merrie Thomas) just let me know she applied a discount for my upcoming trip! What a great birthday present!

We filled out the whole online form to see what they would quote us for and it was about $500 more than what Disney told us on the phone So we just book through Disney- they always have hidden discounts when we call

I have used them twice. Loved the service. Once they saved me $200. I could have gotten the discount on my own but I did not have the time to cruise the net daily watching for a break. They did. Plus they make all your dining reservations.
