Have used Dreams many times, Merrie was our agent. Her service was fantastic, replied to e-mails quickly,applied discounts when they were released. We only stopped booking with them because of the poor exchange rate, its working out cheaper to book with Disney UK just now.

It seems that everyone agrees that the service from Dreams is excellent. However it doesnt look like they can compete with UK sites for park tickets and they do not offer flights.

At the moment it seems that Complete Orlando are able to offer the most competative deals.

Merrie is our agent too - she is fab! This is my third time of working with her. This time we are room only and I am really hoping for an AP discount but I know that if there is any discount she will get it applied and I don't have to worry to keep checking

We've used them loads to book our Disney hotels. Due to the exchange rate though we have booked for this year with Disney UK as it was cheaper.
