Who would your recommend at Dreams Unlimited as a TA?
We have had some bad luck the last few times and I now there are great ones there. We just need their names.

I have Kerry Mihalik. I have only used her for this cruise but I have been happy. She has changed staterooms a few times for me as I wanted a specific few and we now have one of the largest oceanview rooms.

Beth Fejer - on our 12th cruise and have used her for at least 6-7 of them. Never had any problems. She has made many many changes for me over the years. She also watches the cruise prices and if it goes down she will get you the difference refunded. May not be much money but every little bit counts.

This is our 20th cruise we are takng Dec 5th. We have been using DCL to book the last few because of bad experiences w/ TA at DU.
(not getting back to us for days when we notice price changes, want to adj. cats or rooms, ...)
Going to make it a B2B in Dec and book Dec 12 so every bit of savings/OBC helps.

its so subjective. the agent we had a du i didn't love but others think she is the best ever. i tried to switch to a new agent once but they must discourage that because i found myself right back with her. i finally found a local t.a. who will give me the same credits we would get from du so i switched.
its a shame because i like the dis crew and would gladly support them.

We use Tracey Heinrichs as well for our past three cruises. She's very quick in responding. They are very lucky to have her as one of her agents.

Sadly, this is the same experience that I had the first and only time I used DU, only it was often a week or more waiting for some replies. Eventually, I had to ask for another agent who could respond in a more timely manner.

The second agent was very prompt, but her emails were not very personable in tone. I know that some personalities don't "translate" well over e-mail, so I didn't hold that against her. Still, when I gave DU its requested feedback after my cruise (notably about the first TA), absolutely no one followed up with me at all. It was a remarkably regrettable experience because I really did want to help support the podcast.

That having been said, having listened to Tracey H. on the podcast several times, if I ever were to book with DU again, I'd ask for her. She seems to have her act pulled together.
