Dreams Unlimited TA for ABD

I am looking for more information on booking the ABD add on to the 5/15 Med cruise. I have already booked the cruise portion of my trip with Dreams Unlimited and am trying to get a hold of the travel agent that handles bookings for ABD. My travel agent on the cruise portion, Beth referred me to Kevin but I haven't heard from him yet and just wanted to make sure that he was the person that I should talk to.
