Just an update to let you know that the 2 park 1 day option with Mears transportation to and from a Disney Resort worked out great for us! We took the 7:15 am pick up from WL and arrived about 8:00 am. Sat on a wall until about 8:15 and then got in line behind about ten people to be let in about 8:45.
We walked on Forbidden Journey twice, enjoyed the rest of Harry Potter, walked around the rest of I of A, riding three other rides; and then left to go over to US around noon.
There, we rode all but maybe two things we wanted to ride/do and then went back over to HP World one more time. Left on the 5:15 pm bus to go back to WL.
Transportation was right on time and efficient. Picking up my park tickets from the kiosk was care-free. Rode seven rides and ate two sit down meals (Three Broomsticks for early lunch and Mel's Diner for early dinner) in our allotted time, so we were content. The longest we waited for anything was almost 30 minutes for Spiderman and 20 minutes for Despicable Me.
It was HOT so we were so grateful for the free ice water you can get from any cart that serves soft drinks. Oh, and I LOVED frozen Butterbeer. :0)
Will plan a return trip someday to do the few things we didn't get to do, but this was a great HP-oriented introductory visit to US for us.
