Which one should I use Dreams Unlimited or Small world Vacations? Who is better at finding and applying codes for discounts?

I have only used dreams, but I cannot say enough good things about them. Why not get a quote from both and see who can get you a better deal?

I am currently going thru Small World. I have had wonderful help and Sandy always gets back to me via email with quotes and answers to my endless questions. I am still waiting on codes for June and if she comes thru with those I would certainly recommend her and Small World. They are recommended thru MouseSavers.com. Try both and see which one suits your fancy...

Before you actually book with any travel agent ask alot of questions and go with the one who gets you the answers promptly. For this trip I initially booked with an online agent and whenever I emailed her questions or concerns, I never heard back from her. Luckily, when the codes came out I was able to make my own ressie. It took the agent 3 1/2 weeks to let me know that she was able to have the codes applied. I emailed her some questions I had regarding the ressie she made and I never did hear back from her. I called her by phone to cancel the ressie and after 3 weeks of it not being cancelled, I emailed the head lady and within 2 hours had confirmation of it being cancelled. This was a very highly rated agency, but I just ended up with a not-so-good agent.

With Small World I have NEVER run into those problems. Infact I emailed my agent around noon today and have already gotten an answer to my question. I have even called her and talked to her extensively before I booked with her company. I am extremely happy with her...

I was very happy with DU. Sue Ellen always got back to me quickly and looked for any discounts that might get me a better rate. She was wonderful at making dining arrangements too. I'd definitely use DU again.

A consideration.... Supporting board sponsors keeps these boards free. Dreams Unlimited is a sponsor.

I have always had great service. However, make sure you don't have the spam system my company has. It kicks all emails like that out so I have to be sure to send DU to my home account.

We used Small World Vacations (WDWVacations.com) last year. We found them on mousesaver.com. They saved us $800.00 by changing our original AAA discount two times as new and better discounts came out. They even made all of our Priority Seatings for us. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people.
Unfortunately the first hurricaine last August wiped out our trip. Our Small World agent happened to be at WDW at that time. We returned home from the airport very disappointed and I sent the agent an e-mail and left a voice mail. I wasn't sure what would happen to our reservation since we could not get to Orlando. She e-mailed me back saying she spoke to Disney and they offered us a full refund or a credit towards another vacation. She had the money transferred to another future vacation, starting again with a AAA discount. Ironic that we could not get to WDW and she and her family could not get out!
Anyway, Small World gave us excellent service and we will always use them going forward. I cannot believe how many posts about people fretting over discounts and codes. Let the Disney specialists do it....its FREE!!!!!!!

I have used Dreams Unlimited with great success, but have lately been using Dream Come True Vacations - Joe saved me $390 on one trip last year by automatically applying a code!
