It does not. For WDW using a TA is about convenience. If you are planning a DCL trip then a larger Disney specialist TA can have significant discounts not available else where.

does anyone know how big du is? how many agents do they have? do they work out of one office or do they all work from home? thay would be interesting to know.

I have received emails at random times like 7:00 PM and 12:15 AM, which leads me to believe that they might be working from home.
