Dreams Unlimited? Anyone use them?

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone has used Dreams Unlimited to book their hotel stay. I'd love your feedback and would like to know if you recommend them or had any problems. Thank you!

I have used Dreams Unlimited for two Disney cruises and two Disney World packages. I did not have any trouble at all. They answered my questions promptly and kept an eye out for discounts. I would recommended them.

I originally used them in 2012 for a cruise and a WDW visit and was so pleased with their service that I emailed the same agent to help me with plans for our January, 2014 stay. Up to that point I've always booked accommodations myself but the agent was good about watching for discounts and finding one. I've emailed her again for a long weekend in March for my DSis and myself and, again, her quick service and dedication to finding me the resort I want at the right price produced a good result. So I can recommend them with no hesitation.

I do, this will be our second trip working with Tracey H at Dreams Unlimited.

She's wonderful!!! She answers all my questions, makes my ADRs, and makes suggestions when I ask for them.

Two years ago when I decided to switch to a Disney Certified agent, I email the same list of questions to a bunch of agents. Tracey responded that day, and her response was far and away the best I received-- a real blend of solid knowledge and love for what she does.

My family and I have always used AAA or Disney directly for our trips but since I love the Dis and always look to them for WDW answers, I figured I'd give them some support and try them out. What a flawless experience it was!!!

Anytime I had a question it was answered quickly. My agent was great!!! Overall, I would definitely recommend and we're using them from here on out. As a matter of fact, I just sent in a request for a quote this morning for our summer trip.

Try them, you won't be dissapointed.
