Dreams Unilimited Travel Agency Question

I hope this is the right place to post this and isn't a violation of policy.

I booked my last WDW trip w/ Dreams Unlimited and would like to book again with them, but I want to use the same agent. Does anyone who has booked with them multiple times know if it would be okay to email her directly or if I should go through the website and take my chances.

email her directly and ask. That's what I did.

I send my agent an email to alert her to the fact that I have sent in a request for a quote. Then, when I send in the quote request, I put in the notes section that I want to work with Shirley again. It has worked out quite well the times I have done it that way.
