I believe most people are receiving them about 30 days out. They are mailed to US & Canadian addresses only. For those cruises out of Port Canaveral only.

They're mailing these directly to homes now? I thought they were delivered to staterooms?

So unfair that they only mail them to ppl cruising out of Port Canaveral. It makes no sense to me at all.

DCL has changed their policy about outside vendor deliveries, and doesn't allow them any longer.

Since the "service" was originally set up through Shirley at the Perfect Gift (right next door to Dreams Unlimited office in Cape Canaveral), they were only sent to those cruisers departing from Port Canaveral. I suppose they just want to continue that policy (once they could no longer deliver directly to the ships), otherwise that's a lot of gift baskets they'd be handing out.
