Dreams DO come true!

as most of you know, i am on the national volleyball team for my club. and i will be playing volleyball in orlando in june...........thats my dream! i am so excited!

anyways, this thread is to tell all of you with dreams to NEVER give up because you too may have your dreams fufilled..............

i went to disney last september and we drove by the wide world of sports. i told my mom "Mom! My dream is to play volleyball at the Wide World of Sports!". she said "Well, you never know! One of these days Brit. One of these days."

so going into vball tryouts, i told myself. give it all you got. dont be shy. do what you know how to do. well, i got my letter saying my team position and my tentative schedule and it said on there, 'June12-16 2007. Jr's Nationals. Disney's Wide World of Sports. and we got the final schedule to confirm and...................i get to play at the wide world of sports! i am sooooo excited!

so my point is, if you have dreams, NEVER give up. goo dluck to all you in the future!

-president
-NFL/College Football/Basketball coach
-good knowledgable sports announcer
-that can actually compete with the men on the PGA TOUR

i don't have to be all of them, but i would like to be one or two.

Pretty much in the same boat as you on this one. I have a dream, its just unrealistic, expensive and at the time un-do-able to manage.

hahahahahahahaha, i used to want to play in the NBA but my mom was like, "Uh, Brit? That's what the WNBA is for......Females". so thats outta the question!
