Dreamers Lounge or Sherwood Gardens breakfast?

Can someone tell me the difference between these two breakfast buffets at the DLH? Is it worth paying more for Sherwood Gardens? Do they offer Western & Japanese breakfast food, or is it only Western food?

Both have Western and Japanese but Sherwood Gardens has a lot more (no omelettes) but eggs and pancakes, bread/pastries, breakfast meat, and a lot of Japanese food. Dreamers Lounge is a step up from Continental - no cereal although they had eggs. Be sure to make priority reservations for Sherwood Gardens. We didn't and that's how we ended up at Dreamer's Lounge (which was fine for us).
