Dreambox 2--Who has one? How did you stock it?

Hi all! I'm new to this forum, but a long-time crafter. My DH got me a Dreambox 2 for my birthday! It came last week, and he assembled it over the weekend. I'm so intimidated about stocking it! I'd love suggestions! Here are some details:

I got the double crown lighting and half-set of totes for starters. Since it's so pricey, any add-ons will come for Christmas. I'm specifically eyeing the pen holder and paper holder add-ons. Maybe a side table, too.

I will use it mostly for paper crafting. I have a big craft room with a separate sewing area. A couple times a year, we actually use the craft room as a dining room--the table is full-length (both leaves in it) and currently covered in my stuff--we'll shrink it down when I'm organized (ha!).

I have a crap-ton of paper, plus lots of extra stuff (glitter paste, fancy markers, gilding flakes, whatever). I have more dies and stamps than I can count. I have a few Geminis and associated products. Lots of stuff like rulers, mats, and other tools.

My tote fronts are currently clear. I plan to put in colored sheets of paper behind the front, for easy labeling (and easy switching out, if I don't like what I did).

Any thoughts? TIA

Congrats on the Dreambox 2, what a great gift! Stocking it can definitely feel overwhelming, but it sounds like you've got a good plan in place. Using colored sheets for labeling sounds like a smart idea, especially for easy swapping.

Since you're into paper crafting, the pen holder and paper holder add-ons seem like they'd be super handy. And the side table could be a nice addition for extra workspace, especially when your craft room doubles as a dining room!

With all your supplies, organization is key. Maybe start by categorizing your paper, dies, stamps, and other tools. Then, you can decide how you want to arrange them in your Dreambox for easy access and use.

I'm considering the side table, maybe as a Christmas gift. I have a crap-ton of paper, I've determined scientifically. And adhesives. I'm finding it's not the best for organizing dies (they're better sticking to magnets). What I've been doing is, I use the Dreambox for my main crafting, then I use the dining room table for stamping and coloring on one side, then other craft projects (fancy ornaments, in my case) on the other side. I have rolling cart that holds my cutting/embossing machine. I'm still getting used to organizing it--I labelled the bins, but deliberately used "uninteresting" paper, so if I change things up, I won't be devastated that things are out of rainbow order or not matching.
