When is the cut off for the FE list? I am getting exciting about getting the gifts together. I haven't bought much but I have been looking around and getting ideas I was thinking cut off date is around the middle of October?

I have been thinking about that alot too. The cutoff date is Oct 14 - Columbus Day. That is six weeks before we cruise. Then we will have to decide whether to split it up into two groups or not. Right now I am showing 18 yes and 2 maybe. I will probably ask for everyone to confirm that they still want to do it before that date too.

Since I am a newbie I was wondering if a someone could tell me what are good tips for room service, luggage drop off, tips that are not automatically added??

My family tips $2 for room service. We usually order snacks, Mickey bars etc. and not meals. Some people tip a little more if room service brings their family a full meal.

Luggage Handlers we tip $2 per bag.

Since Disney does not allow you to tip the people that work in the kids clubs we are going to bring bags of candy for them. I will probably let my kids hand out 3 bags of candy, one each to their top 3 favorite cast members. We were so disappointed on our last cruise when we found out that we were not allowed to tip the people who made the most difference to our kids and their cruise experience.

I was thinking that if we hit 20 then we should probably split up the group and I think we are there now. Not to mention that we will be adding more families until Oct 14. So unless we have a lot of families drop out we will probably need to split it up. Some people like me will want to be on both lists and that is great too.

Yes, we need to arrange a meetup. I was thinking maybe the day we get on the ship right after the safety drill. I have done one at that time on another cruise and it seemed to be a time where not much else was going on. I don't know where to have it, any suggestions?

THANKSGIVING DREAMERS

We just booked this cruise this morning. We have been waiting for Disney to release the dates!
We are a family of four with two girls who will be aged 16 and 10 by the time we cruise. My brother and his family will be joining us along with my mom and her husband.
