Dream passport - the big question

Right. I have finally convinced my wife that its a good idea to get an annual pass. We have weighed up all the options and decided that the Dream pass is the most beneficial to us.

Here's the problem. We have already booked our trip for January without the passes. My question is this:

Should we buy the passes whilst we are there on that trip? The benefits of getting them as soon as we arrive are various. Firstly, my wife is disabled and the Dream pass offers free wheelchair rental as one of the additional perks. The cost of the rental is normally 12 euros a day so would cost 72 euros for our stay, which is almost half the cost of a pass. The boys also want to spend their Christmas money whilst they're away and the 20% discount would soon add up to significant savings. There's also money off food to consider.

The negatives are as follows - The tickets we've already purchased will be useless as our entry would be covered by the passes.

We plan to visit twice more next year, once in spring/summer and once at Hallowe'en.

If we didnt use the 6 day hopper passes, could we sell them on?

Thanks guys, you rock!

You can't sell your passes on, they will only be valid for a couple of weeks after your stay if you don't use them and they have your name on the back.

You could buy 1 Dream AP to max the discounts and then buy the cheaper ones for the rest of your party providing there are no restrictions whilst you are staying. I think if you are staying onsite and have Fantasy passes black out days don't matter, even if they did you already have passes from your package

in your situation OP, I would buy one Dream pass when you arrive at DLP in January - this gives you all the benefits for your whole party, plus it means that next time you go, and buy the other APs you need, you can use that Dream AP to sponsor the others, getting them 10% off the price of theirs, and if you are buying 3 new APs, that original Dream AP can then be extended for one year for free :).

Do the additional passes have to be adult?
