The last day works great for us. I am almost through with all of the cruise plans. I am ready to officially start packing!!!"



That's OK Steph. You are the final slot in our delivery schedule. Now everything is ready to go! Looks like we will have a steady flow of gifts right through our cruise! The kids will love this!

Lists all made of anything else we want to take. Don's at the point that he just wants to pack the car. 35 nights from tonight and we'll be drifting off to sleep to the swaying of the train....love that feeling.

I saw that they now have a champagne tasting session on the dream. I may just have to try that, any one else game??

Kris , I wonder who will this cruise get a new room number [up-grade] asigned to them on this cruise, we did last Sept. When i made the ressie this time ,had them to de-note "no room change''. We have a deck-5 forward room with an extended varandah, did not want to lose that one.
Dear can we get some chocolate dip strawberries with the champagne tasting.

JIM , this is my "summer" home that we are remodeling.....our "winter" [retirerment-Florida] home has not even been built yet.

And think of all of us when you are down in the sun-shine-state. And JIM, always remember...........If it wasn't for Christmas, there would not be an Easter. May you and your family,have a nice Easter Sunday. LIFE IS GOOD

Sounds like a plan, Don! Have a great Easter! Of course we will be chillin' on the Treehouse Villa deck cooking something really good on the charcoal grill thinking about all our cruise buddies up north.

The "Cruise Documents"!!!!!:
It's pouring rain here so hard today, we may be able to sail that boat out of central PA instead of in Port Canaveral.

Chocolate covered strawberries would be wonderful with the champagne tasting, we'll have to see what they can whip up for us.

Jim: I hope you, PI and the IronMan have a wonderful Easter weekend. It must be great to have good connections. I envy you staying in the Treehouses. I've always thought it would be a fantastic treat to stay in one of those. Glad you are getting the chance to do it.

If you used a TA, they get the docs then forward them to you. I do my own bookings, so they come directly to me. I would think your TA should have them the early part of the week.

No cruise Docs for us.....but we did get a cabana! Actually Ironman's Documents came in the mail today, but not ours. I think my in-laws will really enjoy having the cabana to use. We were able to snag one online a few days ago.

Kris, we couldn't let Mark's College Program end without taking advantage of the opportunity. We'll give you a report on the Villas I'm sure.

Just a note to anyone in the FE who receives an upgrade or cabin change at the last minute. You must deliver your gifts on the first night and leave your cabin # with each drop, otherwise no gifts for you!

Just got an email from my TA. She is out of the office (and emailed me FROM LAX) that the docs would come to her, and she would mail them to us same day! Love my TA! She actually emails while she is on vacay!

I'm glad you said something abut this. I called DCL yesterday and told them that we do not want our stateroom changed for an upgrade or anything. We want the specific room we picked. So she noted it on our reservation. We picked the room we wanted - 6690 aft - it also has an extended verandah and that spot was perfect for us. We can sit back there and watch the "world" fade into the distance as we sail into the sunset.

It was great!!! A little scary too though. I feel like I still have so much to do. Come May 22nd I am not going to care though. As long as I am on that beautiful Dream ship, everything will be ok.

Do I have to pre-register them or do they just show up when they want to go? Also will they be able to come and go as they please?

And my cruise docs came yesterday

I officially started packing today I'm trying to get all my FE gifts into one carry suitcase without smushing them - wish me luck!!

You go! I started organizing all my papers and need to print my packing list. I did buy some small items from CVS and ordered a stroller bag for DS's stroller when we fly.

Also got some shorts and t-shirts for DH, 2 pairs of sandals for DS and I'm working on sandals for myself. Had a weird dream last night after reading a recent set of navigators that DH and I went to Remy and our DS was asleep next to us

All of you uber-packers are making me look bad. I'm way behind.

In fact we just got passports last week. (don't even get me started about the photo! )

We ordered ours 2 weeks ago, so I'm hoping for next week. How long did yours take?

I read about that too. I need to figure out what we're going to do for nursery time. We booked a bunch of time, but will adjust it once we see the real navigators. That might be on our list of things to try

You should sign them up before you sail (or you can do it at the port) to save you from having to do so on the ship! Kids in the tween club do have come-and-go privileges; you can have them carry a wave phone to call or text you their whereabouts! Just make sure they don't lose it - or jump in the pool with it in their pocket

I have a DD11 (12 the begining of June) and I can't find a place to register her for the Edge online. It only says the younger club that she qualifys for. So if you find out something PLEASE let me know!!

Holy Crap! This is actually happening! Part of me is still in disbelief that it is ALL paid for, thus the feeling of panic, but the other part of me is doing the dances! Sigh is it the 20th yet so that I can start this journey?

Oh, Yes, it's happening Just wait till you get that little spiral bound booklet with your luggage tags in it and you pull them out and you see your name and stateroom # on 2 tags and your son's and your friend's (Ashley ?) names on the other ones. Then it's REALLY REAL!! 32 more days.
