Dream Maker vs. Fairytail Package

Can anyone explain the difference between the Dream Maker Plan and the Fairytail Package. Is it only the difference between pins or a photo frame? IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE?

When we put our numbers in the Disney Website there was a difference.. A WHOLE PENNY.
I would go for the Dreammaker because along with the pins, you also get a choice of mini golf or a $25 food voucher at Planet Hollywood.
