Sounds good to me. If we split the rooms into two groups I have 3 toddler gifts made already so if it'd not too much trouble can I be in that group?

Ending a month out is a great idea. If it stays around 20 cabins or so, I would much rather keep it at one group. I think it's more fun to get and receive more gifts and it really makes distributing easier (i.e., see a FE, double check the list, and drop it in).

We are at 18 rooms on the form and 20 on this list.

Questions:

1. Does ending signup a month out side like a plan? That gives everyone a month with the final numbers, ages, etc.

2. Do you want to set a maximum number of rooms and then divide into two groups?

3. Those that I have listed twice (Because you have two rooms), do you all plan to give two sets of gifts (one per room) or should we condense you to one family? Or on the same note, if you have two rooms, but I've only listed you once, do you want to be listed separately?

I love big groups. Usually when our groups have split into 2, I've signed us up for both of them.

If we did set a limit, does anyone have an idea how many they would want that to be at? I'm good right now with it, but also don't want anyone to not participate because of how many (how much $$) it would cost if we got too big.

My daughter can normally run most of a 5K, but I'm not sure how the heat will slow her down. I can do about half and half jogging/walking with intervals. I am planning to do the Happy Haunted 5K this year and my daughter the 10 miler.

We are unsure of my oldest daughter and family because my grandson is only 2 so we'd have to pay for him to go to the nursery for a couple hours, and he won't be going any other time so it would be somewhere strange for him.

Am trying to find out if maybe we could push him in a stroller.

As long as you filled out the Google Form linked on the first page, you are good. I will be out of town Wednesday - Friday so I will try to update this tomorrow.

I have never done the FE..and I am excited for it this cruise!! Is there a spreadsheet with the room numbers and info about who is staying there so we give gifts appropriate for each person? I thought I had seen it a while back, but cannot find it. I am 99% certain I filled out my info a while back.
