What band have you been dying to see for years? After 25 years, I FINALLY got to see Alanis Morrissette in concert. I have been a huge fan since high school. I got to go with some of my girlfriends. It was such a fun girls night. Garbage opened, and they sounded amazing.

Wow Alanis was my "go to" back in the day! I don't know a lot about Garbage, but I have liked what I heard from them. I bet it was great :thumbsup2

I would love to go see Avril Lavigne some time myself.

If he was still alive, I would kill to see Roy Orbison. Loved him all my life even though he was WAY before my time. They did a holographic concert with him and Buddy Holly, but the idea was too weird for me to listen to the music and stare at computer animated pictures of those singers.

When we got in I thought they were playing background music. Turns out it was Garbage PLAYING! Shirley Manson's voice has held up well. Garbage and Alanis were both amazing1

Really salty I never saw Aerosmith in concert back in the day. I'd see them now with a more subdued MTV unplugged Nirvana sort of vibe. It would be cringe if they tried to take over the stage like I see all the oldtimers do these days ruining their image, like we're all older now so just take it easy and go for sophisticated, all our knees hurt too, it is OK.

I'd have to say Aerosmith, too, but ya know I rode RockNRoller coaster so much I really feel like I have a relationship with them already.

I wish I would have seen Elton John and Billy Joel when the toured together years ago. My kids were really young and I think I was nursing a little one and didn’t want to be trying to pump so I skipped it and still think about it. I have since seen Billy Joel (excellent) and am seeing Elton John in September.

One of my favorite concerts was Tom Petty. I actually had tickets to see him just before he died but sold the tickets because of some school thing with the kids. I figured I’d see him the next time…

My other favorite was Garth Brooks. Great show and I don’t like country music. Really great show. I’d go again.
