Did anyone book excursions yet? We booked Atlantis for the waterpark...I was thinking of the dolphin swim but we are thinking of waiting until after the cruise and go to Discovery Cove. We are staying in WDW the week after the cruise...and since it should be busy due to spring break taking a break might be nice.

We also booked a hotel by the port for the night before....I can't believe it is this close

And it looks like the ship is pretty full already.

We booked parasailing at CC and a room at Atlantis. Discovery Cove is the best thing we have ever experienced. If you want to do it this yr - you should call and make reservation ASAP; they only let certain amount of people per day and they get booked out very quickly. Good luck!

I second Discovery Cove, it was truly the best day of our vacation, any vacation, ever. If you go above and click on my first book you can see some pics for DC. We are doing Atlantis via Comfort Suites. We did it last cruise and are looking forward to doing it again!

Jen, We are doing this as the 2nd part of our BTB so we won't be at the Raddison with you unless you are also doing the BTB but we also will be going to Disney World the 2nd week. So maybe we will see each other.

Is it final for both of your families? I am sorry I was holding you "up in the air" and I am happy Amy finalized her decision (did you, Amy?). Believe it or not - we are still not decided. I made reservations for both days we are supposed to be in Nassau - for our leg of the cruise it is at $250 (plus taxes), for the second part I got it at $180 (plus taxes) We have about 75 more days to make our final decision; maybe we should do it twice...

Never thought to book a room at Atlantis. Hmmm, I might look into that one too.

Is that the price for Atlantis? I just went online and it has the room at $530 a night.

I only have three so the cost to Disney is $160 each...so getting that cheaper would be great!

How are you getting to Atlantis? Shuttle? I can't wait!

Keep on checking - prices change as they get cancellations often. They designate certain amount of rooms at lower prices (I think, they know people check in and out on the same day). As I mentioned, somehow I managed to book it for $180 for the second part of our cruise. , but the lowest I could get for this one is $250. I have to warn you - their taxes and surcharges are very high . But even at $250 rate plus all taxes it is still cheaper than from DCL directly.
It is about $5 pp to get to Atlantis by taxi.

I went through a few pages and collected some information. I know plans change (e.g. bdink changed her cruise dates..), or some of those who posted back in March of 2010 are very busy and hardly visit this board.

Jen, people actually book at Comfort Suites. It is right next door and you get to enjoy all Atlantis has to over for a fraction of the cost. Just do a search for Comfort Suites and you will find a ton of info on it. We did it last time, checked in and out at the same time, got our wristbands and then took a taxi back to the ship from Atlantis itself.

We are passing on the FE. Since Daddy isn't going, have to pack as light as possible.
Yes, Yelena, I am definitely doing Atlantis on this leg. We are doing the sea lion encounter at Blue Lagoon for our first leg of the B2B. I am hoping to get a "free" room as I have enough points for comfort suites, but can't do that till the 50 day mark. I will probably still have to pay those extra charges, but still super cheap! Crystal, what rate did you get at CS? I have $225, if your rate is higher and I am able to get the one free room, maybe I will just leave my reservation and you can just pay me ??

Hello, Leanne...wow Australia...that is a long way to travel for this cruise!
I am on the cruise that starts on the 14th. We will be at the Radisson on the night of the 13th and have the 9:30 am shuttle to the port.

If you are on that cruise also, I would love to meet up with you and your family.
