Dream 8a

If room 6514 is like this I'm loving it! I'm traveling with DH, DS12 and DS8 so the kids can be on the other side of the room. I do wonder if there is a TV on the bed side as well. Hummmmmmm.

Not sure if a divider screen is needed as there is a wall between sleeping area and the chill space as you can see in the picture.:confused3

Is there any storage on the bed side, or is it all on the sofa side of the room?

I think they may only sleep 3. I was just fooling around on expedia and when I put 4 guests instead of 3, it would give me guaranteed and not a specific cabin. :confused3

So the 8A rooms don't have a split bath, and instead have 1 room with a sink, toilet, and shower together. The shower also looks "regular" and not "round" like in the other 8B-8D Family rooms.

I'm booked with 4 people in an 8A. Booked it online through Disney. I was hoping for a pull down bed but I guess I have to wait and see for my specific room.

Not happy if there is no split bath. Ugh!

Which cabin have you booked? Maybe they are not all the same.

Is it GTY or do you have a stateroom number?

So can you have ajoining staterooms in this category? Would end up being alot of room!!:cool1:

You mean connecting. all rooms on the ship are adjoining, but only some rooms are connecting.

I would be very interested to know if there is a TV on the Bed side of the room and if there is a divider screen.

I am really liking this room, can't wait to see the Cat 8A HCP, 6014. I know that the bathroom will be different, as it needs to be a roll in shower with seat.

Since it will be me and DM sharing we will have our own space, :woohoo:.

The most awesome travel agency onboard answering all of our questions has stated that there is a TV on the sleeping side of this room layout. Compared it to a Hayatt Place suite layout.

So, I am trying to decide if I should book an 8A or not. Traveling will be myslef, my elderly mother (who snores), and my 4 year old DD. Thoughts? :confused3

Can you ask about the bathroom being split, as the picture doesn't look that way?

The bathroom is not split, that is it in that room.

Hmm, that's the only thing I'm not liking then about the 8A room, not having a split bathroom with the (larger) circular shower. It's basically like the bathroom in the "Standard inside rooms" But everything else looks really nice about the 8A. I might change my Fantasy 8C 2012 to the 8A now.

WOW. These photos are making me fairly jealous that we have 8B's! Oooooh if only we had known before when we booked! I already checked - all the 8A's are sold out for our cruise.
