For those who used Disney Photo for your Dessert Party, how did your pictures come out? Since outside vendors are no longer allowed, we have to go with DPS ($350) package. Is it worth it? What was your experience with them for the Dessert Party? Thanks. :thumbsup2

Does Disney offer video too?

I didn't use Disney for my DP pix, but I can say that they take some of the best fireworks pictures I've seen, so I think you'll be in good hands. Their photographers have a lot of experience doing the shows and know exactly when certain fireworks will hit, which makes for great photos.

They can also do videography, but our philosophy on videoing the fireworks was that they never look very good on video and it'd just be 30 minutes of us standing and smooching in the glare of the video camera's light! :rotfl:

i was wondering about this, because i would love to have a dessert illuminations party in epcot (im not sure what location yet) and i thought that we would need a pro photographer to get in good pictures of us with the fireworks behind.

I think Misty and Randy are cheaper so i think we may get either of them for the day time and then the disney photographer for the dessert party for that $350 fee.

the thing is, like lurkyloo said, they have such good cameras and know when to take the photos to get amazing shots so i think they would be great value.

p.s lurkyloo - your wedding cake looked sooo yummy!! if i was you- i wouldnt have wanted to cut it- it looks so good!
