DP question

We plan to check in early at CBR as we are moving over from Universal and have to be out of HRH by 11. So we want to check in and head over to DTD so DH can get his Disney Quest fix in and do some shopping and hit Raglan Road for Dinner. But I'm wondering if we can get lunch on the DP for that day since we will be there before the 3 check in time. Not sure why that should matter as you only have so many credits but you never know! I guess we would just have to have a qs breakfast on our last morning before heading to the airport if that's the case and pay out of pocket for our lunch that day.

You can get your KTTW cards with tickets and dining as early as ~6am. They will be activated the moment you finish check-in. The only thing is, the room may not be ready, so the room key portion won't work (which is fine, since you won't know what room it would go to anyway ), but tickets, dining plan, room charging, etc will all be active.

It can absolutely be done. We've done it before... checked in at noon, got our KTTW cards then headed to the parks & ate there.
