My parents are taking their kids, kids' spouses and grandkids to WDW in Dec. for part of Christmas. YAY! (we are also going in Aug. during free dining). I've never been twice in one year before and am so excited.
My dad isn't diabetic, but has high blood sugar and really has to watch what he eats. He has no sugar and has to really watch the "white" foods - potatoes, rice, white bread, pasta, most breakfast cereals, etc.
My question is this - is there anything he can order for dessert at most restaurants (such as sugar free or fresh fruit)? I don't want him to be tempted by watching all of us eat cake and cheesecake.
Thanks for any advice.
