DP and Candlelight Processional Package

Can dining plan credits be used for the Candlelight Processional Package or does that have to be paid for oop?

2 credits per person at all participating restaurants and meals

As of our last trip in Dec 2012 you could book the candlelight processional using the dining plan. It was 2 credits per person.
