Unfortunately outside photographers are not allowed at Downtown Disney. To me, it's kind of weird that they're not allowed there when they're allowed at the resorts, but apparently if they catch you with a professional photographer you will be escorted out of the area.

My guess would be yes, but I would recommend checking with Fulton's just to be sure.

Yes you can. A recent UK bride (Claire - Brer Rabbit 28) used Randy for her wedding at Fultons!!! I will try to dig out her PJ for you......
