It's getting there - it has already changed a lot since we were there in August! If you want to wait until it is all done, that makes sense. It also gives the parks time to finish up some of their projects as well. This past August was a bit of a downer, as the walls were up around the castle, the walls were up all over Animal Kingdom, walls were up in EPCOT, and lots of stuff was closed down at HS. We went to DS for a bit of explore and got lots of walls too. We tend to go every year, but this next year we may skip unless most of the in-the-park construction is done. I know the Star Wars/Toy Story/Avatar lands are not going to be done anytime soon, but they should be on the edges of the parks, not smack dab in the middle of everything.
