My wife went to 4 comedy shows, two with five year old, they are about an hour long, kinda like improv. I didn't go I just enjoyed outside music, dancers, bands etc. Yes there were other kids, not as well behaved as mine...........YEAGH RIGHT. Actually my son drenched some guy with straw and soda........Anyway. It was a blast, but we had two weeks there and were not rushed to get to parks. Some days we just took off and relaxed.
Thursday nights I think are for cast members, ie employees of disney, so teens would enjoy it.
With exception of BET soundstage and Manequins disco all kids can go with adult.
We just purchased passes at the gate, early in the day, lines tend to got long about 10 - 11p.m. They have small fireworks every night at 11 or 12 cant rember, kinda have new years eve countdown. Drinks are kinda expensive. I made friends with bartender outside........lol
I can honestly say that this is the first vacation that I did not think or worry about anything going on at home.........I am alreday planning to go back soon, we have season passes to universal. A friend of a friend works at disney and got us in for a day it was a park hopper and parks were open till 11.00 Boy did we hop! Saved us a bundle!
Did you know that American Express is the preffered card! My wife sure did! We are flipping a coin to see who opens the bill............
