Hello!

We will be going to Disney in about a week. Our last day there, we would like to eat in Downtown Disney. Does anyone have a suggestion which restaurant is the best to go eat at besides Rainforest Cafe or T-rex please?

Thanks!

we love House of Blues and it is usually available ..try the meatloaf or the shrimp po boy.delicious

Foulton Crab House is excellent. What I will tell you however is Stay Away, Far Away from Captain Jacks!!!! Awful, terrible, disgusting that about sums it up. Do not eat there.

Fultons is great, but a little pricey.

We like House of Blues, and the new Paradiso restaurant.

I agree, stay away from Capt Jacks...as well as Planet Hollywood!! Raglan road is suppose to be excellent too, but I don't have a personal opinion on this one yet (first try in 5 weeks!)

My mom and I were surprised how much we liked House of Blues! I'd go back again

Fulton's Crab House, definitely! Earl of Sandwich is real good if you want sandwiches.

love Raglan Road - if you're there in the evening, their is live Irish music.

If you want to spend a bit less but get semi-waiter-service, try Wolfgang Puck Express...you order at the counter, but then waiter brings your drinks, food & dessert. If you want really good sandwich, Earl of Sandwich is great (deli style meals, counter service)

We loved Ragland Road, although we were there to early for the entertainment. The food was good. Also, they have an outside bar that has a happy hour in the late afternoon. Around 4:00, I think!

I always recommend Wolfgang Puck Express (on the Marketplace side) for dining at Downtown Disney. It's quick service, although not cheap, but outstanding food rivaling table service places in WDW. It is on the Disney dining plan which makes it a super value for QS credits.

Wolfgang Puck Express is delish!
We've gone to Planet Hollywood, and it's not bad, but very loud

In addition to the ones you've asked us to avoid, we've been to House of Blue, Raglan Road and Bongos. All were really great. My favorite was Bongos, but then I really like Cuban and Caribbean food. I've heard so many talk about Earl of Sandwich that it is now on our list to try. Oh, don't forget about having dessert at Ghirardelli's!

What ever you do, DO NOT eat at Capt Jack!!! Horrible experience three times!!

Try Raglan Road. Nice atmosphere and really good food. Service is very good also.

Have a great trip!

I recently did a poll to try and help me decide where to go for dinner at DTD. The poplular choice was Wolfgang Puck Cafe, but, when I called it was booked. So...I went for the 2nd choice, House of Blues. I can't wait to try it! We'll be there in just a few days.:cool1:

We liked Fulton's and Bongos the best at DTD - but neither is on the DP. Earl of Sandwich is a great place for sandwiches.

DITTO on HOB & Paradiso 37. These are NOW our favs at DTD. We stay at SSR a lot so we head to DTD a lot for dinner an discovered Paradiso 37 last trip. It was really good. Something different.:thumbsup2 HOB is also a good one too. We used to love WPC but the service has really gone downhill.:sad1:

We ate at Bongo's on our last trip and although a little high in pric,e the food/service was excellent.
