Do you need to make reservations for Fultons?

I have only eaten there once about 7 years ago and had to wait an hour. We tried last week with no ADR's and the wait was 60 minutes. So I would suggest making them if you truly want to eat there.

Definitely make reservations. I have seen waits of over 2 hours there.
