Well Downtown Disney is very large. Are you talking about pkgs for the hotels there?
There are basically three sections. Hotel Plaza Blvd which has about 6-7 hotels, mostly chains like Hilton & Holiday Inn and the new DVC resort Saratoga Springs.
The second section is the old Marketplace section. This is restaurants and shoppes and there is no fee to enter this section. A few names include, Rainforest Cafe, Earl of Sandwich,
Lego Store, World of Disney etc
The Pleasure Island section is mainly open in the evening. There are about 8 clubs here and performances in the street. You may walk thru but if you wish to enter the clubs there is a charge. This is really an adult nighttime complex.
The final section has AMC theatres, Cirque Du Soiel, House of Blues, Bongos, Planet Hollywood and Disney quest. Each of these is a restaurant or charges their own fee.
This site should help you.
