Not sure if this is the best place for this. I had read that Disney had portrait photography studio on site (I think at Downtown Disney) and they would also meet you in the parks for pictures. DVC members used to get a discount, not sure if we still do. I'd like to do this for our family portrait this year. I thought it would be fun to have them at Disney. My ? is has ANYONE used this service down there?

Bumping, because I'd like to know, too. I just came out here to find this out, and found this on a search. We'd like to get my kids and their cousins pics takes when we're there for Thanksgiving, and we're wondering if there is any kind of portrait studio with cool Disney backdrops.

Hello,

Hi I copied this from my November Member clubhouse newsletter. If you still have DVC you should also be able to log into the member site and get the below info from perks.

This deal is for DVC members altough anyone can have pictures done by Disney Photographers. I think it was around $280 for the sitting fee and you could choose almost any location. I think you got to have all your proofs. I have pkg. pricing info also but if you call them directly I'm sure they can email you the same info.

"Disney Event Productions Photography Services offers Disney Vacation Club Members a 10 percent discount on photography sitting fees, and the team behind the cameras is enhancing that offer for a limited time by adding two complimentary 8 inch-by-10 inch prints (a $60 value) with sittings from Nov. 24, 2005-Jan. 1, 2006.

Please note that this perk isn't valid in conjunction with other offers, such as Disney's Fairytale Weddings packages.

For details, call (407) 827-5099 on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m."

I finally found the phone number on the DVC website and called them. I talked to a CM named Dean and he was very nice. I didn't think to ask for pricing info though or package info ~ ARGH. We've pretty much decided to have our pics taken at the Poly where we're staying. I wanted the MK, but since we have the baby, it seems like a better idea to be close to our room :-). If you have package info, do you mind posting?
