We are planning our trip for November currently and doing the onsite/offsite debate. We are flying down so we would have to rent a car if we stay offsite. I have been looking at the Downtown Disney area. I saw the Doubletree Suites but can't find too much about them. We want to stay close becuase when we went in June we did go back to the room (Allstar Sports) during the day and almost always ate dinner there. If I remember right (currently brain is on information overload
) Doubletree has a small fridge and a microwave in the room. The website won't let me check any rates for Nov. yet though. My Dh had always wanted to stay at CR so I was thinking about staying most the trip in Downtown Disney, a night at CR, then go to HardRock at Universal. Of course once we get the WDW stay down then we have to figure out how we will get from WDW to Universal. I'm not sure about staying offsite becuase my Dh is NOT fun to ride with in ANY traffic and even worse when he isn't sure where he is going. Any suggestions would be welcome.
