Downtown Disney Hotel

Looking for a good hotel in the Downtown Disney area. Need for just one night stay.

The Regal Sun Resort was a nice place that is RIGHT there at Downtown Disney (across the street from it). We got a good rate for it through priceline. The pool area is great!

Buena vista palace is a great resort we stay here all the time , the beds are very comfy, and it is right next to the DTD marketplace.

We stayed at the Hilton and LOVED it! Very close to DTD, clean and comfortable rooms... plus EMH!

EMH? I thought that was only for disney hotel guests?

Another vote for Buena Vista Palace!!...My husband and I stayed there last year for a few nights and it's gorgeous! They also have a wonderful breakfast buffet!

Hilton pays Disney to allow this. So do the D& S and SOG.

the other DD could if they agreed to pay Disney for this - but it is not cheap and therefore their prices would have to go up.

the Hilton is surpose to have higher prices anyway. So to add this benefit is that an added benefit.

We stayed at the Doubletree last September. The rooms are all suites and were very comfortable. The pool area was very relaxing after a "commando" day at the parks. We did a split stay onsite at the Poly and offsite at the Doubletree.

If we decide to stay offsite again, I would definitely stay there again.

Do you get free parking at the parks if you stay with hilton too?
