Yes. One of the stores in the new Co Op Merchandise store at Downtown Disney will sell Laila perfume. I'm trying to find the actual source where I read this, but if you look at around 3:02 in this video, I think you can catch a glimpse of it.

Thanks to PP for posting video of DTD Co-Op! It wasn't open last month when we were there so very excited to shop there in October!

Laila smells awesome, and getting it in Norway is a nice souvenir, but you can get it from Amazon, Nordstrom, Laila.com, etc. as well.
