downgrading resort

Ok, I know I know, this question has been asked a bajillion times but after searching 5 pages back I couldn't find a thread on it. I never paid attention before...

I am going to switch our resort from CSR to POP in order to save some money. I am still outside of my 45 days. Will I be charged a change fee in order to do this?

NO, they usually do not charge you a change fee outside the 45 day window. I have changed resorts before (although I upgraded), but there was no charge--only when I changed the dates by a month. Then I didn't get my insurance back.

Nevermind I went ahead and called to switch anyway. No change fee and saved me almost $600
