I'm watching the weather channel and they just announced that Frances is now a strong category 2... Here's hoping it disappates somemore overnight.

It's moving so slowing now that flooding is the problem.

That's good news. Even though no storm is good, I think my friend and my relatives who in the the path of Frances have a better chance againts a category 2.
