Hey, I just wanted to mention something to you. Even if the polenta is off menu, there's always a possibility you can ask the kitchen if they can make it for you. There's absolutely no harm in trying. My mother would often special order, without issue, and they're more apt to accommodate you at a signature restaurant like the Brown Derby.

The Disney couple question is hard! I think I'm a bit like Jessie from Toy Story. A little nutty and goofy, yet worries, is a bit strong-willed and might overreact. Joe; however, is not a Buzz Lightyear.
