I finally did it! Woot woot! I got my fireworks magic pin tonight. I also have Kodak software (seen in another thread) but I don't think it hurt my game. My game improved when I did the things WDWTigger said to do. When I played, I didn't rely on the wireless router and I hooked into the cable directly. I also bought an optical mouse. Within a few days, the pin was mine! Muhahaha!!

Thanks for letting me do my happy dance!

cool! congrats! I just played my fireworks(not just but yesterday) and got 241,000(something like that) It was my first time ever getting that much! i could have won the pin...but i came in first!

I feel your pain. In fact, I knew I was going to get over 240,000 last night but I was winning by a mile - no one was even close. So I even messed around in the last screen, not really caring because I knew I wouldn't get the pin. I scored just over 240,000 and when the final standings were posted, I was second!! It seemed impossible - the closest person had been over 10,000 points behind and the person who beat me wasn't even in the top three. Weird. Not that I care, but it struck me as most odd. But if you did it once, you can do it again. I was consistently getting 239,000 all night (which was killing me). You'll be posting a victory woot next.
