Please Help--thoughts opinions wanted. Narrowed down our visit (end of FEB/Early March) to 2 Hilton Properties---plan to use Hilton Honor points--been saving for 1.5 years!

Trying to decide between....Double Tree Suites--or--Embassy Suites Anaheim Orange???:confused3

*Like that The Embassy Suites Orange, has 2 pools, one of them being indoor in case of rain/ cooler wheather. Either would require transportation...using ART transportation-I think may pick up directly at each hotel? *But like location of Double Tree being closer, easier to hop on ART for things other than Disney...maybe to dine at Garden Walk.

If you've stayed at either give me your thoughts, good, bad ugly ??????? :worship:

We are a family of 4 (2 girls) ages 8 & 10. This will be our 3rd Disney Trip:banana:
2015 DISNEYLAND--FEB/MARCH. :yay:
2013 DISNEYLAND--APRIL
2011 DISNEYLAND-APRIL

We've stayed at the Doubletree, but not the other. We have never used the ART, but we don't have any kids with us. We usually stay at the Anaheim Hilton which is about half a block from the Doubletree (all in the same general Convention Center area). If you don't mind a block of walking, you can take the Toy Story shuttle, the entrance to the lot is right across Harbor from Convention Center Way. We usually walk to the parks in the morning and take the shuttle back when our feet are tired. The Doubletree is nice, same amenities as any other we've been to (cookies!). I don't think we've used the pools.
