Double stroller - recommendations requested

We went to DL in May - and bought APs! So, now I'm dying to go back. We live about an 8 hour drive from the park, so short trips are doable. However, in order to keep the cost down, I'm thinking we may need to stay a little further away. Last time, we took a single stroller and both of my girls (6 and 4) fussed over it, with me giving it to the 4-yr-old the majority of the time. We were staying right across the street at Desert Inn and Suites. For our next trips, we'll probably be staying further away (like Quality Inn on Manchester or Super 8 on Katella). I'm thinking that asking DD6 to walk that far may be asking too much. Dh will have his ECV, so I won't be worried about him walking, but it makes two strollers out of the question.

We have a graco douglider double stroller, which DD6 still rides in occasionally at home, but she has technically outgrown it (45" and 45 lbs). With DD4 weighing in at 35 lbs (and 40"), we're right at the total 80 lbs weight limit for this stroller.

So, I'm looking for some ideas from the Disney experts (I mean, who else would understand the need for a stroller for a 6-yr-old) of what to start looking for on craigslist. Should it be a sit & stand, a double jogger, something else? Oh, and folding space is an issue. I have to fit an ECV along with it in the trunk.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I would avoid the joggers, though I like them, the bigger wheels might make fitting them in the car harder.

Also the double wise are hard in the crowds so a sit and stand would be better.

As another option, could DH hold a child on the ECV, I've seen this being done but don't know how it would work all day. But maybe for the ride to and from the park an option.

I haven't had a jogger, but it makes sense that they might be bigger and harder to fold up (since most people won't be too concerned about that, if they are used for their intended purpose). I was thinking sit & stand might be best - if I can find one w/ a high enough weight limit. A lot of them have 40 lbs per seat as the limit, same as most doubles (which is odd to me, considering a Sit and Stand has an older child as its target audience).

DH has a travel scooter, which is a bit shorter than most, so there isn't a lot of room between him and the tiller. However, I think that he could manage with one of the girls. I've spent enough time on the Disabilities board to know that a child riding with him is highly frowned upon in the disabled community (which is something I hadn't realized beforehand. I've let the girls ride with him on the larger rental scooters in the past), so I've been strongly discouraging him from letting the girls ride with him.
