Double-dipping at Palo and rotation..is there enough time?

How long does dinner at Palo usually last? No, we don't want to rush, but we have 8:30 seating and want to dine w/DD at AP. We're doing the romance at sea, and want to book the earliest Palo seating for Monday at sea. I believe Palo opens at 6:30.

Is there enough time to enjoy?

I can't remember when Palo open, but we managed to do both.

People have done it. What you miss out on is the show in the WDT.

We did both got an early time at palo and had late seating we did not want to miss the show at anamator palate...

and the veal chop was not bad either ...

You can expect an hour and a half to two hours for Dinner at Palo. I'm sure you could get it down to close to an hour if you knew exactly what you wanted and told the server your plans.

Get the earliest reservations at Palos, and show up about ten minutes early. You'll have time for an enjoyable dinner there and still have time to make the AP dinner. You should make up your mind quickly on what main course you want at Palos.

We've been looking at the menus on Castaway website and unless they've changed a lot in the last year, we have a few good ideas, so it won't take us too long to decide!

I think we got 6:00 on Key West night; we had hopes of watching the sunset as we dined, but it had just gone down (I think setting time was 5:52 or something) when we were seated. Still a lovely dinner....

We did the opposite, sat with our kids at 6:00 and went to Palo at 7, done with Palo to see 8:30 show. Worked beautifully, and if you tell your servers you have a time frame they will be very happy to accomodate you.
