Glad you are okay! :cheer2:

Life's been busy, from work for both of us, dance for me, and school for James we're pretty much swamped. I also got into a car accident over the holiday (their fault, no injuries) so I'm trying to get all that sorted out as well. When I got my first estimate (from the insurance company) they said it would probably need just a new bumper. When I went to the body shop yesterday, they said it may need a whole new frame.

I'm interested in the lanyards, they're a great idea, however, James is Extremely introverted and I'm pretty shy, so I don't know if we'll be coming up and talking to people.

Well I just finished writing my dreaded 2008 professional goals and objectives. Somehow "getting swept away at Castaway Cay" with a target date of September 28 didn't quite look right. I don't get it. It FEELS right. :confused3

:lmao: :thumbsup2

I just wrote mine last week! Hehe. They look so boring next to the Castaway Cay one!

Speaking of food, this weekend I am attending the Central Florida Highland Games.....we're talking scones with strawberries, deep fried Mars bars and dark beer! Wheeeeeeee! :woohoo:

Found us on page two. This should bumb us up. Hope everyone making a trip arrives safely and has the time of their lives.

Welcome to anyone who is new. And for those with struggles in thier lives I hope it looks up soon. Will gotta run. Lois

Hey all----

Well I must confess that this not ever receiving update emails thing is frustrating the *@#%&$ out of me!!! Between getting no updates AND how chatty this group is...it is literally impossible for me to keep up or catch up lately or even find my place lately!! So if anyone is posting things to which I should be responding and it seems like I'm ignoring them....I'm not....I'm just probably not even seeing them because I've always been the type of DISer who sees an update email at work....shoots over to quickly read a post or two.....but now when I have to remember to look myself I end up not looking for a day or two (life is very busy right now) and by then I'm just drowning in posts!! I sure hope they figure out a way to fix the update emails thing soon!

Erik

Glad everybody is getting better. My kids seem to get pink eye every year. It's the worst in the morning when they wake up.
Tonya

Donald & Daisy...glad to hear the foot is healed/healing!

Our update: Eyes are getting better...pink eye symptoms seem to be going away. The drops really sting, so 4yo DS is really scared each time we have to do them. But when we're done he yells at the eye drop bottle & that seems to help :rotfl: Directs his frustration & pain towards the culprit and NOT at Mommy!

Are there certain rooms that are better then others in the cat. 9? Our was around 2200.. something like that. I can't remember, I have to look. I was just wondering if that was a good floor or if there might be a better area? I remember we were close to the elevators too. Thanks.
Tonya

I finally have some news!!!

(Ok Kimberly...update the list!:) )

I was right...... It's a girl!!!

:cheer2: princess: :cheer2:

I will be going about bi-weekly for sonograms...as long as my bloodwork and anibody titers stay low, things should go well. My Perinatologist says it's possible he may deliver me as early as mid-April (I'm due the 1st week of June), but that's if I start to have any issues. I think we're stuck on Sarah for a first name....now we're working on the middle names!

Has everyone got their passports yet? Yikes, *that* is something I'm not looking forward to. I answered a call from a man the other day leaving on a cruise Feb 2nd and trying to get a passport! He wasn't too happy to hear that even expedited applications are taking about 4 weeks!

Stay warm everyone!

Congrats Jen and Ron!!

Another DD it is! I just cannot wait to see Sarah, Jen!! (That means before September, btw! ;) ) Are Savannah and Brendan even more excited?

This is really no surprise, but I thought I would mention that I was on DCL's site, and they're now down to offering only Cat 4, 5, and 9 GTY.

I'll race ya to the lounge chair beside Quiet Cove Pool. :teleport:

Hi all, my 6 year old son and I will be joining you all. Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do since many of you have been planning for awhile.

Welcome. We all look forward to meeting you.

We also want to welcome Sarah. That is my nieces name. I love it. Lois

Welcome, Vikki!!! Looks to me like you're getting caught up pretty quickly if you ask me!

Thanks for sending your info to the DoubleDip09-2008@hotmail.com! What a wonderful birthday gift to give your DS!! It will be a great time for the "present" and a "gift" of memories for his future! :)

Don't be shy to throw out ideas or ask questions. As you can see, we're quite a chatty bunch, so we would love to talk about cruising with ya!

BTW, FatCat who is joining us on the cruise is also from Chicago! Your DS will be joined by two other 7 year old princes. I think you've already read Post 577 (link in my signature), so I wanted to mention that if you would like for him to participate in the on-line Kids' Meets, direction to do so is in #577.

Hi Jen! A girl! That's so awsome! I love the name Sarah too - Shouldn't her middle name be "Wonder" or something like that? :rotfl:

I hear passports are getting back pretty quickly compared to when we applied for ours last May, it took over 13 weeks. :scared1: I would check to be sure all the people booking cruises and out of the country vacations for next year are not backing up the system again. On another note when I went to book our Land/Sea package for Dec '09 I could not finish the booking process online without our Passport info.

I've been keeping an eye on the weather channel because we have SNOW in the forecast again! And some of the temps in the Upper Mid-West are down right COLD!!! :cold: So, if you are there please stay warm!

Have a great day everyone!

Anyone know how to get all that mess of my postings?
Thanks, Kelly

Welcome! I think if you go to User CP and then go to edit signature you should be able to delete it. It is all in the section that contain your signature. Hope this helps. Can anyone else explain it better? Lois
