Thought I would share with you all I saw fellow Dis Cruiser Tonya... lol Her family came down to San Diego for spring break. E and I were going to go out with them last night but we both were just exhausted. So on their way back home they stopped by for about an hour and we caught up. Wish we would have taken a pic.. it was good times to see her again. It sucks living 5-6hours from one of your best friends!

That's cool, Drea, but why in the heck did you forget a picture?! LOL! I'm glad you had a chance to see her.

We won 40 in slots at Bellagio. ( we played for 90 minutes on 5.00) and then John won 300 or so at craps, so not bad.

Drea: I did wave to you at LAX, I didnt have time, but I wanted to go see Ryan Seacrest.

Dave and I are almost birthday twins - mine is the 28th.

Dave and I are almost birthday twins - mine is the 28th.

Because he was born just prior to Halloween, when he was a baby, I always referred to him as my little "pumpkin". Years later, his little brother wanted to know what I called him (he was born Nov 19th) and he didn't really like my answer - my little "turkey"????

Everyone have their taxes done? We had to pay to the state this year.. got back from the federal.

John is in Atlanta right now, we should be putting an offer in on a house tomorrow. Since tomorrow is my bday...he asked if a house could be my bday gift.. I told him absolutely not. ( this is third time he has tried this.. we always seem to move in April) my 30th bday was spent watching the movers pack..Dominos pizza for dinner.. how excitinig is that one????

the sun is finally shining here.. and it is warm.. 65!!

Guess what I'm doing tonight? I'm mouse-sitting for a mouse from the science center! She had babies last week so I have one of the babies here too...sadly the rest of the babies got fed to the snake we also have at the Center. I'm kind of hoping that I get to keep the baby...I need to talk to Dave though to see if he'd be ok with it. But for tonight I'm enjoying having a cute little mouse and her baby in our house!

Aww Amy, what a cutie! I'm so glad you saved him from the snake!

I always see the animals being shipped at work (yes, animals do get sent through the mail. I don't run them on my machine, though...) We have all kinds of insects (grasshoppers like to get out and scare the bejeezus out of you when you're in the bathroom and you thought you were alone until something landed on your leg), and mice, and chicks. I hate it knowing most of them are being sent as feed. I want to just let them all out, like the scene from E.T. where Elliott releases all of the dissection frogs.
(Of course I can't though...I have to keep my job! )
