We are one day lose One day closer. Before we knew it we will be on are way . Right now I just want to be away Can't sleep but my sleep aid seem to be kicking in. So Good night and sweet dreams, Lois

I guess it is time to start thinking about the pre-cruise stay.

Good deal to you who got CI&S for 80ish. I have stayed there twice and like it. I hear they now have a full hot breakfast included.

When you check in you can often pay $10 or $20 extra and get a 1 bedroom suite. The call it the captains suite. Lots of room.

I am considering staying at JW Marriot in Orlando because I can get it for $99. I hear it is really nice.

Elliot's Mommy, as promised, I have some stats for you!
Finally, your little pirate will find five other 4-yr old buddies from our DIS group to sail with on the seas and four 5-yr olds. pirate:

He will be over the moon :goodvibes Thank all of you guys for being so welcoming. Since I have been so busy finishing up school I felt like I was 'behind' on the planning aspect of this. It's nice to find a spot where everyone is so helpful with information.

OK Plan change. Gonna stay at holiday inn express in port canaveral. Soley because I have points to use.

It is in same parking lot at Publix(or was) so that will be useful.

Question of the week answer:

I can't say any of us really have "collections". Morgan goes through phases of collections. For a while it was Webkinz. Now it's anything Jonas Bros. related. I don't buy things because they're part of a collection. I just like to buy things in general. LOL. I own a gift shop, so I get to shop all day long and derive so much pleasure watching others pick just the right gift or get all excited when we have just what they were looking for. My husband despises clutter, knick knacks, etc. He throws things away. Our middle son has a stamp and coin collection he inherited from my cousins and was really into it for a while, now he's taken a break. I guess we don't have the collector type personality in our family.

Where we'll be before the cruise:

We are celebrating Morgan's birthday at WDW. Right now we're booked at OKW, but we're waitlisted at BWV or BCV. My dh has always wanted to do the Space Center, so Morgan and I have tricked him into thinking we're coming home right after the cruise and instead we're going to stay at the Residence Inn (I think, I know it's a Marriott property because I booked it through my Marriott card) at Cape Canaveral. I hope to spend some time at the space center the afternoon we arrive back and the morning before we leave.

OH NO, I hope this doesnt happen to us! Crissi and I made separate ressies and we want our families to do this together, I agree 3:30 is too late :( Let us know what they email back with
Thanks

Well, got an email from Dolphin Discovery and it looks like everything is ok. They confirmed a spot for our 4 year old. The language difference can be funny - They refer to my son saying "we added your little kid to the encounter" - I know perfectly well that it wasn't meant to be derogatory in any way... but it just sounds weird!!!

Ok...DH collects baseball caps (I don't think he means to but they just seem to keep piling up).
I don't really have a collection right now...the view of my MIL 480 owls and now what to do with them since she passed away 2 years ago has cured me of the collecting bug.

DS does however seem to collect any car put into a McDonald's Happy meal..and then can't let them go. He likes to hold something in his hand at all times (can't figure that one out) so those cars are just the right size for him.

Awesome, I got my confimration for our taxi cab ride, I am hoping Crissi gets her also, or we may have to change times:(

:rotfl2: Sounds kinda Brooklyn to me. Actually, it reminded me of the Great Movie Ride part where the gangster comes out. You could almost hear him say, "Hey youse people, we added your little kid to the encounter..."

Wow lots of chit chat the past few days....having a hard time keeping up.

Sarah is *still* in the hospital.....she is doing okay just having a hard time kicking the jaundice and anemia. She had a transfusion last night. We're hoping that maybe (fingers crossed) she might get to come home this weekend. Meanwhile we are driving away our onboard drink budget back & forth across the bridge twice a day. Ugh.

Diana...was that you asking about the zip line? I've never done it (this will be our first time to Cozumel) but I researched it pretty thoroughly a few months ago. I found out that the zip line (on the excursion sponsored by DCL) is not in the "jungle" or anything, it is actually between two large rock climbing towers. I found that it just wan't what I expected from a zip line experience. There are (or...there is at least one) video on youtube that will show you what the place is like. We decided not to do it cause we were wanting the "zip through the jungle" like Tarzan kindof experience. :confused3
And I did already know this but I have to get on the ball sailing with you folks. Sounds like if we wanted to do Dolphins then it is quickly getting too late! Course we just did the one in Nassau last year. It's going to get down and dirty around here come 90 days......lol......:scratchin

OK....I have trigger finger on the enter key...

So anyway I had a question for those of you who bought the newest Passporter. I have an older edition (older than last years)......in your humble opinions is it really worth it to go ahead and get the new one? I think I really just want new and more exciting DCL info to feed my addiction but wonder if that will really satisfy?

And finally I just had to add that Brendan had the honor of earning a spot (as captain, no less) of his class' team in the annual "Fairy Tale Bowl" where the classes compete in a trivia challenge about fairly tales. While his team did not win (although he did spearhead a come from behind steal of 2nd place!)...one question he missed was-shamefully- name four of the seven dwarves. Well, after one other team missed ( ) he rang in and promptly answered "Dopey, Happy, Grumpy...and..Nosey!"

 :headache: :rotfl2: Too funny!!!!!

I hope baby Sarah comes home soon! Darn jaundice! Here's some pixie dust to help bring her home! :wizard:

HA HA! "Nobody move or the little kid gets it"!! :rotfl:

zweihund: The answer to your problem is an allergy to dust and/or dustmites. That means all the dusty boxes have GOT to go. :thumbsup2

I like it! I'll have to try that one when we start our spring cleaning. Which will be sometime this summer. I am so behind on everything!

OMG, I just read that the Magic carries Krispy Kreme Donuts! :woohoo:
Where we live, there is no KK nearby, so this is exciting for me.............sad, I know :rolleyes1

Hey, KK's anytime you want them is pretty exciting! It's the little things that count ::yes::

LOL about the dwarf, I love it! I upgraded my passporter and I think it's totally worth it. They updated a lot of things and added all of the new excursions and it's nice to have them all in a handy dandy book right in your hands instead of having to read them online. I got the deluxe which came in a lovely leather binder and has little pockets with spaces to write notes! What a great touch! I would go for it :thumbsup2

I hope Sarah gets rid of that darn jaundice SOON...:cool2: Is she under a bili blanket? When Reese was born, he had jaundice problems too, and I remember wishing he would change colors:3dglasses so it wasn't a problem anymore! Sending you big hugs & wishes to get better FAST!!!

As I was cleaning the house today, I realized I forgot a collection I have.... I love heart-shaped rocks. I've got a small handful and I always am looking for them on vacation. Hubby says I'm nuts for packing rocks in my suitcase to bring home:laughing:
